What happens at this event?

Multi skills will include lots of different fun activities similar to PE that will help children develop flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, power and fitness levels.

This will offer a wide range of skills that will help children with almost any sport they may take part in. Below we have listed just some of the sports that our fun active group sessions can relate to.
